Starting as a residential agent in Lawrence, Ks in 2004, I quickly realized my desire to reconnect with my agricultural roots. Specializing in Agriculture and Recreational Land, I have honed my skills in various environments, from the confines of 'big box brokerages' to the freedom of operating on my own. It has all led me to the creation of a more streamlined and client-focused Hill Realty.

Why the shift back to Hill Realty, you might ask? Simply put, selling land does not need to be a complicated maze. After years of navigating the unnecessary hoops and higher costs of the big box brokerages, I have decided it is time to return to Hill Realty to simplify and elevate the experience for both my clients and myself. As an independent broker, I am committed to providing my clients with efficient and effective service, ensuring that every transaction is not just a deal, but a seamless journey where your real estate dreams become a reality. Since 2004 I have 'sold properties' in most every county in north central Kansas. I have also sold properties from Allen, Bourbon, Linn, and Douglas counties in the east to Greeley, Logan, Rawlins, Wallace, and Wichita in the west. You can see that I will go most anywhere in the State of Kansas for the right property and the right client.
